As with all aspects of our work we understand that budget together with Quality and the Schedule is paramount and with this in mind we aim to ensure that projects are completed on time, to specification and within budget.
Specification Writing
Due to ever increasing paperwork and legislative controls it is important to have the correct specifications so that there is a common document throughout the project, through which all aspects of the project can relate. The individual specifications can be grouped together in a reference manual so that all involved in the project can easily see how the project comes together and more importantly how their function impacts on others.
Concept and Design
We understand that only you and your team know what best works for you, however, we can work with you to bring together ideas for a full or partial new concept. We can bring our knowledge of tried and tested methodology working with other retailers, which can help save you time and money through value engineering and good proven working practices.
Surveys
Our surveys includes all types of surveying from site acquisition, dimensional, structural, geographical, asbestos through to existing portfolio layout drawings.
AutoCAD
More and more we are seeing AutoCAD drawings being used by retailers as an industry standard drawing package. We, of course, use this format also as the drawings are readily and easily communicated via e-mail to any person or organisation requiring them. These can be communicated to all via our client area on our web site. In this protected area any drawing amendments can be communicated quickly and easily in a safe environment.
Liaising with trades
It is important to liaise with all other professional trades in order to bring together a project in a safe and cost effective manner. We regularly liaise with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Designers and Safety Specialists in order to bring together their professional input in a cohesive manner and ensure their input is pertinent to the project goal.
Contractor appraisal
With our experience in retail shopfitting we feel we are ideally suited to appraising all contractors. This ensures that the contractors are of the correct quality to perform the tasks required of them and that they have suitable back up so that you are not let down on meeting your target dates.
