Bridge Project Management were asked to project manage the external signage installation on this high profile office building in Manchester city centre. The obvious risks involved throughout these works were documented to the main contractor via fully detailed risk assesment and method statements prior to any works being carried out.

As well as arranging the logistics, we worked with the main contractor and work force to ensure that the method statements were adhered to and that the project was completed on time, on budget and to specification with no accidents.
